Slovak designer-pilot Štefan Klein leads the Transport Design Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (AFAD) in Bratislava. He founded Klein Vision and created the AirCar, a two-seat sports coupé whose wings and tail unfold for flight. The prototype received a Slovak certificate of air-worthiness in January 2022.

Peter Baumann is an assistant professor in AFAD’s Studio of Transport Design. He guides student projects focused on automotive styling and future mobility. Baumann works alongside Professor Klein in shaping the studio’s exhibitions and curriculum.

Žofia Babčanová is an assistant professor in the same Transport Design Studio at AFAD. Her research centers on virtual-reality sketching for car design, and she teaches VR drawing courses. Beyond AFAD, she consults for Gravity Sketch on digital automotive-design workflows.
